From in-house R&D laboratories to 350 m³+ commercial fermentation — all of Aumgene's capabilities are housed under one roof at our integrated facility in Surat, Gujarat.

Our in-house R&D facility is equipped with advanced infrastructure for microbial research, strain development, and fermentation process optimization. The lab enables rapid screening of biological candidates and accelerated process development.
The R&D team includes microbiologists, biochemical engineers, and process scientists who work on novel enzyme development, probiotic culture optimization, and custom biotransformation projects.

Our production facility houses one of India's largest in-house fermentation operations dedicated to enzyme and biologics manufacturing. With over 350 m³ of total fermentation capacity, we can support both development-scale and full commercial production runs.
The facility is designed for seamless scale-up from pilot to commercial — enabling clients to move from process development to large-scale supply without changing manufacturing partners.
